2025 NCS LAS VEGAS WORLD SERIES

 

Las Vegas Worlds is the #1 softball tournament on the planet, played in "Sin City", Las Vegas, Nevada. Our tournament attracts teams from across the USA, CANADA and a few other countries from time to time to compete head to head in what we feel is the greatest sporting event of it's kind. Our staff is dedicated to providing the ultimate softball experience for players and fans alike. We take pride in our reputation for excellence and are constantly striving to raise the bar in the world of amateur sporting events. Join us for an unforgettable tournament, Vegas entertainment, and Vegas fun! We are excited for another great year and can't wait for you and your team to join us at one of the largest one-stop softball tournaments on earth. Usually, every year 425-500 teams at 14 complexes attend this awesome event to compete for the ultimate prize...  the NCS World Series Championship but this year we are only booking the better conditioned fields so space will be extremely limited. Instead of taking any and all fields so we can get as many teams in as possible, we are only going to be using approximately 10 complexes so get your deposit in ASAP. Don't be a team that thinks they have plenty of time to enter only to find out we are sold out. So grab your team and enter the absolute ultimate softball experience!

 

We also understand this is an expensive event and may not be for everyone. We obviously want every team that is interested in coming to have the opportunity to attend but we understand that it might not be feasable with the higher entry fee. Some of the costs we have to add to the team's total expenses might seem illogical to some of you but this is, by far, our most expensive event to run. We are all from outside the Vegas area and have to fly almost all of our staff in from all over the United States. We have to book 3-5 night hotel stays for each of our staff members and have to rent trucks and vans to get all of our tournament merchandise and gear back and forth from the hotels. We also pay our staff good money to put this event on for all of you so that's an huge additional expense. This being our 25th Annual Event, our awards packages are going to be top notch and bigger than ever. We also have a hotel opt-out fee that a few considered a money grab last year but that fee ensures we can get the best possible rate to the masses that come from out of state to play in this event. We are not forcing you to stay at a hotel of our choice because the hotel booking company can book any hotel for you that you want. All we are saying is that if you decide to book anything other than a hotel through our booking company (three rooms minimum), there will be a small $75 team fee that will be owed.

 

If your team is OK with the entry fee and our rules and policies, we would love to have you come play in our ULTIMATE WORLD SERIES.

Please reach out to us by email to have your team roster approved. We will be checking each player on every team to make sure they are legal for the division you choose to participate in. Once you have your team info and full roster entered in the NCS system, please email us the following information:

Once you get an email back from us stating your roster is approved, then, and only then, is your team approved. If you don't get final email approval from us, there is a good chance you could get removed from the event so don't book all your flights and hotels until your team is 100% approved.

Your first step to get entered into our 2025 Las Vegas World Series is to Create/Sign Up for your account at www.playncs.com. You'll want to create your team, register for the 2025 season, add your roster, and then enter the tournament. (If you see a link for insurance after you register, this is an optional choice and is not necessary for teams to acquire prior to play with NCS.)

PAYING FOR TOURNAMENTS ONLINE WITH US:

• Log into your www.playNCS.com account.

• Go to profile. 

• Click manage team. 

• Click desired event and payment link.

• Click select and deposit option will be available.

 

If Paying by Check: (we must receive check no later then November 1st)

SO YOU MUST USE OUR BOOKING SERVICE FOR YOUR MINIMUM 3 ROOMS

OR YOU CAN OPT-OUT FOR A $75 TEAM FEE

• Your team is only able to participate in our World Series by booking at least three (3) team rooms using our booking link or by paying the $75 team buy-out fee. (This is a one-time team buy-out. Not a per player fee and there is no way around this.)

• This policy is in place to assure that we keep the hotel rates affordable for all our teams as hotels will not guarantee us the best rates without a minimum commitment.
